Back on the soapbox, I read the whole article, every word...and not once does she mention "tip-out" or "kitchen gratuity" but still thinks that .....her words..."If the food comes out slow or if there was a mistake with the entree....I think that you should still give 20 percent (to the server!) because it’s probably the kitchen’s fault or something higher up than them....,”
