I finally smartened up and ordered a Penzey's catalog to facilitate economical buying of spices. I had seen the catalog off and on over the past few years, but this time it included an ad for a magazine, "One." It appears to be rather new. Is anyone familiar with this? Any interesting recipes/tips in it??? The current Gourmet issue on "food and music" is about the last straw for me there, so I'm open to another subscription if it's worthwhile.
