I know that I've seen posts about Peking duck on this board in the past but I can't seem to find them anymore.
I've heard good things about King Fung but am looking for a bit more atmosphere. Was Chef Chang's in Brookline the other recommended peking duck spot? How do they prepare it? Do they also make the soup, etc or do they just serve the duck with crepes? How much notice do I need to give them? I'm a peking duck 1st timer. Thanks!
