I have a question related to Peking Duck:
1. We just like the duck meat, skin, scallions, and the "crepes" that you wrap it in. But when dining at some restaurants, like Golden Buddha, they asked us if we wanted it "three ways" which sounded kind of kinky to me but, alas, resulted in s plate of skin, a plate of meat, and then lettuce wraps with peking duck in side. How do we order it if we just want the meat, skin, and crepes? Do we ask for it "one way?"
