As I was reading the post about King Fung Peking Duck night I got a serious craving. Have not had one in along while. My dad used to make the best, travelling in CT for the duck, hanging it from our apple tree. Making all the condiments/pancakes himself. Delish!
We are heading into to CT next weekend to give in to my craving. So I did a few searches on this board to find the "best" in CT. Seems like New Shanghai or King Fung are the top runners but would love any and all opinions. Specifics please!
