Have driven past the long re-constructed Peerce's for a couple of years now, wondering when the heck the new owners were going to do something with the place besides work on the building. the answer is, well, now!
The past few nights there have been people inside eating at the tables overlooking the resevoir, professionally attired waitstaff bearing trays, candles and flowers on the tables...looks for all the world to be open for business. I guess this must be the soft opening.
So who's going to take the plunge? Anyone know the Peerce's back story? Who are the new owners and what are they hoping to achieve in this venerable space?
