SO, made a stop at favorite little Asian market yesterday. Always on look out for something I've never bought before. Bag of pearl tapioca... about the size of fresh peas.
WHAT do I do with this?? Not looking for anything desserty. Thinking savory, in some of the nice chicken stock I made from bones yesterday?? What are tapioca/liquid proportions? Like rice? How long to cook?
Have a hunka broccoli and thinking... sorta rissotto-ish??
