A wine shop in our area has a new display of Oklahoma wines. Two of the wineries offer pear wine. A friend and I are going to try it with ginger stilton and toasted almonds. Any other ideas?
One also had peach, strawberry, crabapple, and blackberry, but pear sounded the best to me.
(Oklahoma wineries have only been legally able to sell directly to restaurants and the public for the past couple of years)
