I have a recipe for no bake peanut butter bars (with a chocolate layer as the topping)
I want to send them as a holiday gift but doctored up a bit for a more sophisticated feel
Has anyone played with a different nut butter in this basic recipe? Almond? Cashew? Or what about tahini?! I love halvah and wonder if it would work.
I'm also wondering about adding a spicy kick with chipotle or cayenne to the chocolate layer.
Ideas/thoughts would be great!
