I'm looking to replicate See's Candy's peanut brittle. This person claimed her recipe was even better, but I really didn't think so. Not only did she not specify what size pan to use (my brittle is too thick), it's not as buttery or salty as See's.
For those who prefer a sweeter brittle, this version does have a nice snap and was very easy to whip up in my cast iron skillet. I really would use a bigger sheet, though. Mine was a half sheet rolled aluminum baking sheet from a restaurant supply store.
