Peal Roasted Russian Finger Potato?

All,

Do cooks normally peal these Potatoes Prior to roasting? I'm leaning to not peal.

Recipe is, All cut the same size and in proportion:

Russian Finger Potatoes,
Carrots,
Onion,
Parsnips,
Fennel Bulb,
Small White turnips

Coat with EVO Salt and Pepper,

Roast 400F 15 Minutes them 350F till done.
