I pickled a peck of peaches (sorry, I love alliteration) and ended up with about 2-3 cups of leftover pickling liquid, made from 3 parts sugar to 2 parts white vinegar. I like the taste. Some mind find it too cloying, but I guess I have a high tolerance for sweetness. Is there anything I can do with this liquid? Beverages? Syrup? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
