I moved to PDX about 6-months ago from NYC and I am craving shanghai soup dumplings, sometimes called juicy buns. I have most often seen them made from pork or a combo of pork and crab. They have meat and soup INSIDE the dumpling and are rich and delicious). I first had them at Shanghai-style restaurants in NYC Chinatown but they caught on and were available at many other types of Chinese restaurants (never saw them at dim sum though).
Does anyone know where I might find these in PDX? I have an intense craving. Many thanks.
