From an email I got:
"A few months ago we embarked on what I called The Pizza Project here at the bakery, to see just how good we could make pizza in our 18,000 lb. Italian deck oven. We said if it's really exceptional, we'll open for the public one night a week. After several test bakes for friends, I think we've got something that's unique and very good and that 'exceptional' is just a matter of time."
"Pizza Night at the bakery will begin Monday, April 4th and run every Monday after that. We will be open from 6pm to 9:30pm. Please come join us!"

No need to choose between Apizza Scholls and Ken's since they won't do pizza on the same nights. Pretty interesting, though. This is about the same thing Whims had been putting out in the media. Are we destined to get multiple quality pizza places this year and go from famine to feast?
