PAVLOVA! One of Two Home Cooking Dishes of the Month (April 2016)

L.Nightshade | Apr 1, 201603:18 PM     133

Welcome to one of TWO DOTM threads this month! This is a first for DOTM, but there was a lot of enthusiasm for both duck and pavlova, so we’re doing both. You can view the roasted duck thread here:
http://www.chowhound.com/post/roasted...
And you can view the voting thread here:

Now let’s get down to making Pavlovas! Once you’ve made one, please come here to report on your ingredients, technique, and outcome. Photos are encouraged! If you invented a recipe, you are welcome to share it. If the recipe is online, you can share a link. Per Chowhound rules, please do not quote an author’s recipe verbatim, as that would be copyright infringement.

Ready? Get out your beaters and start your pavlovas!
