Patagonia Grill

I read a post from someone about an Eastern European place near El Floridita that served crepes.

I wasn’t too anxious for crepes, but I thought I’d try out the food. Unfortunately, they were closed today, so I tried another restaurant in the same shopping center. It’s called Patagonia Grill. Their food is Argentina-style.

It’s an open setup, with tables a good distance apart. The host, as well as the waiter, were very attentive and friendly.

I ordered a delicious salad with chicken, white beans, tomato and jack cheese. It was topped with crumbled feta cheese and it had a nice tangy dressing.

My friend had the grilled chicken breast. It was pounded, grilled and smothered with a slightly spicy sauce. It came with two sides, and he picked the mashed potatoes and cole slaw. It looked great. I loved my salad, but this really looked good. I plan to go back with my wife when I can have both.

We also each had a lemonade. Total for lunch was $22 before tip.

This was a really good place. I feel so excited when I find a new place that turns out good. I think that’s why I enjoy Chowhound so much.
