I really, really like good pastrami. The two places I've found here with good pastrami are Uncle Abe's Deli (on Wells near the Sears Tower; occasionally a little fatty, but generally consistent) and Snicker's Deli (at State & Illinois), which I've stopped going to (I now work a couple of blocks away) because they don't understand the phrase "no mustard." (Or perhaps misunderstand it as "extra mustard, and oh yeah, plenty of mayo too," based on the last time I was there.)

So, if anyone's got any recommendations, I'd wholeheartedly appreciate 'em. I work on Michigan near Illinois, so places around there are the most convenient, but good pastrami in this city will be worth a trip.
