Making pastisio for the first time tonight for tomorrow's dinner. So...if I make the Béchamel sauce tonight, pour on top and then refrigerate til tomorrow, will it be gross? I have ready other posts where moussaka is better on day 2..I hope the same for pastisio.
My current plan is to prep, assemble, and then actually bake it tomorrow. But, will the Béchamel be okay?
