Pasteleria La Mixteca (Sonoma)

Eat_Nopal | Mar 1, 200712:15 PM     29

Bakery... Cakery.... Jugos, Licuados & Fruit Salads.... this is a very, very good Mexican bakery. They have product coming out the ovens all day long. Even at Noon today... they had the best looking Pan Dulces & Patisserie I've seen anywhere in California in a long time.

The Walnut Smoothie was good... just what I expected but probably not for everyone. The 3 Leches was decent... it was the most moist & fresh version I've had in a while... the flavor was just okay... to much of an artificial frosting flavor. Next time I will try the Strawberry version... it had a lot less white frosting.

The rest of the oozed fabulosity. I definitely stop there in the morning... instead of the only okay Danish / Donut shop accross the street from Taqueria Sonoma.

Where.... Highway 12 in a shopping center with Izze's Diner... across the street from Hot Dog City.
