Stopped by Pastaworks/Powell's today to watch some of the chocolate demos. Got to watch Pix Patisserie's Cheryl Wakerhouser make grand marnier bonbons--it was long for a demo, but she was very thorough and everything she said was interesting.
Samples, too--from Sahagun, Dagoba, Fran's in Seattle. Sahagun really is knock-out stuff. Wow!
