I have the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Stainless Steel 8.25 quart stock pot. I was considering getting a pasta insert to assist with some delicate pastas but also for blanching vegetables.
Has anyone purchased one that fits this pot? I was considering either the "8 quart CHEFS Stainless Steel Pasta Insert" or the "Polder Strainer/Steamer Basket, Stainless Steel". I'm sure from the measurements that the Polder would fit, but do like the idea of a more solid piece like the CHEF's.
Any thoughts/experience welcome.
