I asked what to do with some leftover cooked pasta, and the consensus on this board was that pasta frittatas are easy and delicious. It was! I just threw some cooked pasta into a basic omlet/frittata mix and it tasted more delicious (to me, at least) than a boring old omlet. I thought the pasta would be stringly and weird, but it's not at all. It just adds bulk to the frittata, and made it more filling (probably the whole wheat in the pasta I used).
Anyway, just thought I'd report back with a photo of this tasty use of leftovers.
