I was out and stumbled across a bag of cocoa-chili pepper farfalle. I bought it because it sounded far too weird to pass up (plus they’re some beautiful noodles!). But now I’m realizing that I don’t know exactly what to do with them. Regular tomato-based pasta sauce just doesn’t feel right, but I feel like they deserve something more special than a drizzle of olive oil. I’m usually pretty good at figuring out what to do with unusual ingredients, but this has me stumped. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
