Starting to think about what to serve for Passover this year. Want to do a turkey one night and a roast the other. Looking for dessert recipes, interesting vegetable or side dishes. Years ago, my great aunt made gefilte chicken, similar to gefilte fish, but with ground white meat; would really like a recipe for that. Since Passover first night is a Wednesday, looking for recipes that could be done the weekend prior and kept frozen or wouldn't spoil if made in advance. As we live in Ohio, unfortunately, Passover bakeries are not an option! Thanks!
