Hola Chowhounds!
I live in Mexico and have spent 2 years researching the fresh ingredients of the country - indigenous and regional. So many of these fruits and vegetable can't be found outside of Mexico and they are so valuable to the culture and to your experience as traveller and eater!

Last week, I launched Kickstarter for the resource I have designed called 'Frutas y Verduras- guide to the fresh taste of Mexico'. It's an interactive guide for English-speakers on how to choose, use, experience these foods so integral to the culture.

During the campaign, it's just $12 CDN to pre-order the guide (that is about 9USD right now!) but there are some great rewards too, for yourself or as gifts.

Most of all, I welcome COMMENTS and QUESTIONS from the Chow community. That is support in itself!

GRACIAS!
