I have been to Enoteca on several occasions for drinks or a meal, but tonight things were starkly different. We were seated promptly at a lovely table, however after over 10 minutes of trying to catch a waiter/waitress' eye (and mind you, the 3 servers in that section of the restaurant passed our table at least 2 times each) we finally tried waving our arms as anyone would walk in our general direction. This was to no avail. The table next to us chuckled as we stood up to put on our coats... "Nice try. Good luck with that." Apparently we weren't alone. The food and wine selection is good here, as is the ambience. It's a real shame they don't have more professional or organized service.
