Paso Robles restaurants?

Hello,
New to SLO area and have been hounding all over the county for good eats.
I've heard a lot of references for good restaurants in Paso, including Panolivo, Bistro Laurent, Berry Hill Bistro, Matthew's (at the Airport), Alloro and Paris.
Which of these have you had an experience with? I don't know if we'll ever be able to do them all but I'd like to know which ones to start with at least!

And a few recommendations for SLO-county travelers...Taco Temple off Highway One in North Morro Bay has WONDERFUL Mexican food, but they call it "California Fusion." Don't let that scare you -- it's really good. I had the carnitas plate with black beans, rice, a salad with a tangy ranch dressing and fresh corn tortillas to wrap the grilled pork.
Fantastic, and all of it for $10.

And I'll put it a plug for super-pricey Harada on the waterfront in Morro Bay, which has wonderful sushi (one of the cheapest rolls was $12.75, however, so be prepared to pay).
Thanks for anyone who can help!
Lindsay
