Any opinions on where to find the best seviche in Park Slope? I've been sampling my way through all the local options and so far I prefer Los Pollitos (I was surprised they even offered seviche). The seviche there had the proper balance between sauce and seafood and the sauce wasn't too watery or too dry.
I think Beso uses way too much sauce and that the sauce is too dry whereas El Conquistador also has too much sauce but the sauce is too wet. The clams from Conquistador tasted off as well.
I haven't had seviche in Coco Roco in a year so I'll let others pass judgement on them.
