France Birthday Memorable Views Champagne Paris Brunch

Celebrating Mom's 85th birthday in Paris with the family. I'm looking for a very nice restaurant for brunch on a Sunday in October that should include lots of champagne! :) All Arr.'s considered, no price ceiling...would love to bring her to a place with beautiful views.

Any suggestions?

The rooftop restaurant Maison Blanche on avenue Montaigne near Alma-Marceau in the 8th does a very spiffy Sunday brunch. Whether or not you can get a table on the terrace with the best views depends on the weather. And like most brunchs in Paris, it's more of an afternoon (from 12 to 4) than morning event.
