We're off on a family trip to Paris in the coming days that includes a couple of kids (ten and fifteen) with adventurous palates and good table manners. I've put together a batch of restaurant reservations based on what I've read on Chow and other boards (thanks to all of you for such great reports and other blogging (especially JT!), and tightly synchronized for practicality with our overall schedule of activities (attire, timing, neighborhoods), budget, etc.
I'm not looking to swap out the list wholesale, as it would be too disruptive to do so at this point. However, I'd welcome any red flag warnings if going to any of the places we've chosen really is a bad idea, any guidance on can't-miss menu items, etc.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
Boulevard Chartier for a no-reservation dinner on a day when our timing is hard to predict
Le Relais de Venise also a no-reservation night when we'll be nearby there
Cafe de Musees (for the boeuf bourguignon)
L'Auberge de la Reine Blanche
Arnaud Nicolas (lunch)
