Paris in September - Please comment on my choices

rrems | Aug 28, 201802:03 PM     16

My husband and I will be in Paris from the 28th to October 3 (Friday to Wednesday). We will have 7 or 8 restaurant meals total. These are my thoughts so far:

Massale
Grive
Alliance
Radis Beurre (been twice and loved it)
Clown Bar (went last year, before chef change, liked a lot)
Zebulon
Desnoyez
Fulgurances
Vent d’Armor
Mensae (went 2 years ago, loved it but not sure about chef change)
La Condesa
L'Arcane

We prefer modern cuisine, interesting flavors, organ meats and game dishes. Any comments on the above would be much appreciated, along with any alternative must-tries. I'm trying to keep to a moderate budget, with most running 30 to 40 euros per person for 3 courses.

Thanks for any help.
