How vital is it to make reservations at restaurants in Paris? I will be there the week of Feb 13, and am looking to try places like L'Avant Gout, LEntredgeu, Monsieur Lapin , A la Biche a Bois, Le Relais, La Fontaine de Mars , Bistrot du 7eme, Au Bon Accueil, ALLARD, L'Ami Louis, L'Ardoise
Do I need to make dinner/lunch reservations now? How busy do these places get? I would much rather prefer to play it by ear once I am there (i.e. depending on what area I'm in that day, etc.), instead of planning every meal now, but if that is what has to be done, I shall do it.
