This is "part 2" to my post from Sunday "Top Choices for Restaurants that aren't French".
I should have provided more details - my husband doesn't eat fish at all and I am lactose intolerant, issues that make it difficult to walk into any restaurant and just have the daily carte. We can really only go to places that offer multiple choices for each course, eliminating what sounds like many of the best new restaurants with the most exciting chefs in Paris. Very frustrating.
If anyone has recommendations for places that have larger menus, that would be hugely appreciated. I've been through many past threads and many of the ones suggesting places to tourists don't discuss the number of items on the menu. I've also discovered that many restaurants don't have websites. We'd like to experience the breadth of what Paris has to offer - from traditional French to casual bistros.
I'm hoping that the Paris hounds (who seem very knowledgeable and dedicated) will be able to give me some direction. We really are huge foodies and dining out will be a large part of the excitement of our week-long trip in October (second honeymoon, celebrating both our 50th birthdays!). Looking forward to your suggestions!
