hi there. here's the deal: my daughter is studying at the sorbonne this year. and is having a rather key birthday pretty soon. i'm flying some of her friends over to surprise her. others already in europe (some of whom she lived with for a year in normandy) are coming too.
we're all staying in a small hotel in the first. but its not essential the restaurants be there. we're there in march for a friday sat and sunday night. need dinner places that are pretty casual, good, fun and aren't going to cripple me financially (oh what the hell, i'm already crippled by the trip anyway! -- just not too nuts, ok?)
here's the bad part(for me anyway): there may be as many as 12 of us. i've been to paris several times but not recently and certainly not with a tribe this large. i've read the recent posts here down through october and there seem to be a few good ideas. these are all kids who know food. any additional suggestions regardless of ethnicity would be much appreciated.
