Going to Paris in September, currently thinking of going to Frenchie, Per Sang Signature, La Condesa, Septime, Papillon but need to pick 2 our 5. Other planned dinners will be Pages (our favorite from 2014), Balagan (open on Sunday) and Yamt'cha (have been looking to try for a long time). I am inclined to drop Frenchie and Septime even though we have liked both from prior visits 2011-2014 times. I suspect that Frenchie and Septime, while the food is still good, now project a very 'touristy' vibes.
