Parc Hong Kong Dim Sum

A friend and I went today for dim sum. Overall quality and service was good for south bay, quality was a little down from the last time I was there, understandable since its not the weekend. But I think the overall consensus is that this place is one of the best in south bay, evident from the 10 min wait at 12:30 even on a tuesday.

Har Kow: Shrimp was a little off, but the wrapper was good
Chung Fun: Shrimp rolled in rice noodle, good wrapping but again the shrimp was a little off.
Wu Kok: (taro balls) excellent filling and quite warm.
Fung Jow (chicken feet): the texture was a little tough, not steamed long enough. (I'm just picky)
Pai Gwut (steamed spareribs): tender and falling off the bone.
Sew Mai(pork with crab eggs topping??): a little oversteamed, color was off, but tasty all the same.
Lo Mai Guy(lotus leaf wrapped stick rice with chicken):good infusion of the lotus leaf flavor into the rice, but could have been a little warmer.
Lo back go(pan fried turnip cake):very good texture and taste with shreds of turnip hot out of the pan!

Service was fast and attentive, but the interior decor is a little old.
