A co-worker brought in papusa(sp?) the other day and it was one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted, I was wondering if anyone here has a recipe and any experience making them.

He said they were huge back in El Salvador, and that they were very tough to make, the way he described it made making them seem intimidating.

Any help is much appreciated.
