Papparadelle Veal Ragu at Franks 88 2nd Avenue is Amazing.

The pasta or noodle is a delicious wide but not too thick thing, which has a taste and texture that is between dumpling and fresh made noodle.
The veal seems to be chucked as if coming from a roasted of the flank or other.
I had the Puree of Fava soup, served in a bowl on a plate accompanied by grill or pan roasted chunks of onion, tomato and artichoke. It was delicious.
