pantry at 10 months post move

10 months ago i moved and down-scaled from a very large kitchen i designed myself to a smaller one. in the transition i started my pantry from scratch and thought i'd reflect on what has made it into the new one:

pantry:

olive oil
cold pressed canola oil
vinegars
chocolate
cocoa
sugar
maple syrup
molasses
coffees, teas

spices
tamari and soy sauce
kosher and sea salts
various pepper corns
all-purpose flour
bread flour
yeast
baking soda
baking powder
powdered buttermilk
condensed milk
oatmeal
corn meal
grits
couscous
egg noodles
pasta
rice

prunes, raisins, apricots
almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds

prego pasta sauce

these are the always-on-hand things. it's feeling pretty complete and i haven't had to run out for anything in awhile. anything that's a must-have for you?
