my local grocer just started carrying two versions-- regular and chive.
since it was only $2.99 a package, i couldn't resist grabbing some to try.
and, to be honest, i loves me some cheese so i can't really resist in general.
according to wikipedia, this is a semi-soft chilean cheese.
have any of you tried it, and if so, is it a table cheese or can i cook with it?
the recipes i found on the company website were really boring and uninspired...
