Ate dinner at Pangea last night and was not impressed. The roasted bistro chicken sat in a goopy gravy. The Asian salmon wasn't especially fresh, and the lentils accompanying it were undercooked. And the hummus appetizer was too thin and not creamy enough.
As I feared, this spot isn't worth a look, particularly given the proximity of superior options such as Cacio e Pepe, Second Avenue Deli and Koi.
