OK, it's a bonehead question for many here, but I really dont know what this is. I'm 50 years old, have been eating all my life, and cooking for most of it.
But until I first looked at Chowhound, I'd never heard of Paneed Rabbit, Paneed Squash Blossom, or Paneed anything else. Websearching the word has brought up a few recipes, but they have have given me precious little insight into what one does in order to "panee" something.
Can someone please enlighten me?
