Panda Express (Third Avenue, at 51st)

Andy T. | Oct 2, 201708:53 AM     7

Hey, Ho Yip is closed on Sundays...

Anyhow, what a crushing disappointment: undercooked rice, piddling portion size (they offer a "bowl" in addition to their usual food court plates; what is this, Dimes?), soggy egg rolls. Plus, they added a $1 "children's hospital" donation to my bill even though I clearly said I'd pass. Not that I have anything against kids, or health care in general.

The best thing was the self-serve touch-screen Pepsi product dispenser, like the Coke ones they have at McDonald's, the first I've seen in Manhattan.
