Pan Bagnat at Mocca (so good!! have a recipe?)

wow. the pan bagnat with tuna nicoise at Mocca (on Maiden Lane) is delicious! especially when i ate it 5 hours later - stuck it in the oven still in its foil, which nicely crisped the bread that was soaked with the olive oil.

does anyone have a recipe for something like this?? i really want to make it at home for my family. thank you!
