I like to bake chicken breasts (breaded in egg & french onion strings) in the oven. Usually I put foil over an old pan to put them in, with a little olive oil. Since I have my new Fissler 28cm roasting ss pan, can I use that? Do I heat it up first, put oil and then the chicken, then put it in the oven, flipping the chicken when it releases? Just wondering if any of you have done chicken like that in the oven in a ss pan, and if there is an advantage to it.
