Paladar Cafe Cubano Changing Hands -- Turning Thai?

When I passed Paladar on Kearny today, I noticed an ABC Application for Change of Ownership posted. The new owner is Megana Corporation, all of whose offices are held by Mark Wannaviroj. Wannaviroj is on record as the original owner of Million Thai on Van Ness, though he sold it in 2013.

Paladar was a well-regarded casual Cuban food venue (just about the only one in town); the 300 block of Kearny already has a couple of mediocre Thai restaurants.
