We are serving what I think will be an excellent main course tonight, but I am not sure what direction to go with the wine. I would appreciate some advice. The dish has a lot of favors. It is a pork tenderloin rolled around a filling of bacon, onions, pecans, goat cheese, lemon and parsley. Then it has glaze of fig, shallots, port, honey, balsamic and rosemary. As I said lots of flavors. I need some help!!!!!!
