Got to try the new Paggi House and was very pleased. They opened up on Sunday night for ARW.
It was the first night and they had some service glitches and did not make the soup listed but still a good meal.

We had:
the wedge salad with maytag bleu cheese dressing (good but nothing new), sweet corn risotto (creamy and light on the corn)

miso glazed sea bass-This was awesome and served over greens and sweet tomaotes. By far the highlight of the night, super flaky and perfectly cooked

Niman Ranch Poussin w/asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. I thought this was pretty bland, but my BF liked it.

Dessert as a choclate ganache tartlet with caramel ice cream (good, but so rich I couldn't finish it) and peach melba very light and refreshing.

I will get the sea bass for such when I return.
