Had the worst pasta entree last night at Paganini in Doylestown. All I wanted was a simple Spaghetti Bolognese. I was served a bowl of overcooked pasta (like out of a can)with a sauce without any visible pieces of meat. I didn't eat much and the waitress ask me if the meal was o.k. I told her my feelings. She came back with advice from the chef. Next time I should order my pasta al dente. He said americans like pasta well done! I eat out a great deal and never had pasta taste so mushy! There will be no next time for me at Paganini!!
