I know I posted an inquiry about where to find Padron Peppers in the last couple of years, but it's not turning up in a search. For those also interested, looky what I found this weekend at HEB Bunker Hill. Now I know the time and place to find this great pepper. They are typically sauteed in a hot hot pan with olive oil and liberally sprinkled with sea salt.
